Hi Team,
I am using Genesys Cloud softphone in my salesforce application. I am using "clientEventMessageChannel" for integration in salesforce application.
In the salesforce application I have angular component embedded in one of the salesforce page. In this angular component I need to show phone number as links and when I click on this phone number link, it has to initiate outbound call.
I can get control to Saleforce when I click on phone number in angular component. But I don't see any option to initiate outbound call using "clientEventMessageChannel".
We are using Lightening components in salesforce.
