We are trying to develop a service that can automate the Call dialing process from your Genesys Cloud Web RTC using .NET to dial and answer calls.

I think if you're just trying to start the dialing process, you should be able to do that with the genesys-cloud api. I imagine you'd still use genesys-cloud to actually handle the interactions right? You can use the api to kick off a call and trigger an interaction which will then get handled by genesys-cloud.

Yes we tried using genesys cloud api and we trigged the call using conversation/calls post event but then we weren't getting IVR or ACD in participants(in json) and call wasn't being initialed.
