Thanks for the clarification and for sharing the detailed steps - that really helped 👍
I was able to test it successfully on my side. Confirming that after manually submitting/finalizing the required number of evaluations, the Agreement Rate does show up on the Last Published version of the form (with just a small delay, as mentioned).

Hello @Mateus Nunes, @Neil Draycott, @Jérémy LE MORVAN,
The following are the requirements to generate the form and question level agreement scores:
- Complete at least 25 ad-hoc evaluations (+ Create an evaluation option when reviewing an interaction) using an Agent Auto-Evaluation form type.
- Make sure you select an Agent Auto-Evaluation form type
- Select a human user as the evaluator (Assign to Evaluator) option

- The agreement rate will show up in the Last Published version of the form:

The following resource center article defines the steps as well: https://help.genesys.cloud/faqs/what-is-the-agreement-rate-and-how-is-it-used-to-fine-tune-an-auto-complete-evaluation-form/
Does the Agreement Rate calculation require the evaluator to fully submit/finalize the evaluation manually, or is simply reviewing and overriding AI answers sufficient? Yes, the human evaluator needs to submit/finalize the evaluation, once content with the answers reflected in the evaluation.
If the form was originally created as an auto-scored form before this feature was released, is it still fully eligible for Agreement Rate? Yes
Is there any delay or background processing before the score appears on the published form? [JR] Small delay of 5-10 minutes can occur.

Hi Mark, thanks for the clarification.
I think this is where I'm getting confused, and I'd appreciate some guidance.
If we're talking specifically about Genesys auto-scored (AI Scoring) evaluation forms, my understanding is that these forms cannot be truly "run" or finalized manually by an evaluator in the same way as a standard manual evaluation.
The evaluator can review the AI answers and override them, but the evaluation itself is still system-generated.
So my questions are:
Does the Agreement Rate calculation require the evaluator to fully submit/finalize the evaluation manually, or is simply reviewing and overriding AI answers sufficient?
If the form was originally created as an auto-scored form before this feature was released, is it still fully eligible for Agreement Rate?
Is there any delay or background processing before the score appears on the published form?
Conceptually, the Agreement Rate for AI Scoring would be extremely valuable for us, but I want to make sure we're following the correct evaluation flow - especially given the limitations of auto-scored forms versus fully manual ones.
Any clarification would be much appreciated.

Hi - The new agreement rate feature. I've used an auto evaluation form and assigned to an evaluator whos manually reviewed the Ai accuracy.
I then go into the evaluation form where the process says i should see an agreement rate score but I don't. Where in the evaluation form is it?!!! or what am i doing incorrectly?
