Amen.
There have been a number of webinars hosted by Beyond, which I would have loved to see, but here in NZ, these are at 3 or 4am which I'm sorry is just too early, and then they get whisked away behind a paywall. A Paywall which a big part of the value is access to live instructor lead sessions, but again being in NZ those are all, even the ones hosted closest to us, at unrealistic times. So since we are a customer not a partner, any sort of business case for the large annual cost is just not going to fly. For multiple places I have worked at, 1 Beyond subscription is greater than the training budget for everyone else in a department combined. It just isn't feasible.
Really wish all webinars would go on the Know.Genesys site under the webinars/events there. I would even settle if it was for a limited time, though preference would be just to make them publicly available.

Thanks Melissa, that's pretty disappointing. When looking to have companies/customers adopt things like this, being able to present them with these types of things is invaluable. I'm not sure why you'd "hide" them behind that paywall. Wouldn't having them available more openly help to bring these features more in front of the people we want to use them?

Hi Vaun, thank you for the feedback. Yes, this webinar is only available with a paid Beyond learning subscription. To lessen confusion moving forward, I can include that in the posts.

Hi Melissa, when these things come out - as you'll see on another similar thread - it's very confusing which learning subscription they're available under. Is this one only available in the PAID learning subscription?
