    Beyond is excited to announce a new Webinar: Genesys Cloud: WFM Continuous Forecasting.

    This webinar recording introduces you to Genesys Cloud WFM Continuous Forecasting (CF), which is part of the Genesys AI experience orchestration. It reviews the key features and benefits of continuous forecasting, including Automatic Best Method forecasting and the new user interface that allows for historical data viewing and forecast snapshots. This webinar also discusses the future phases of the continuous forecast, including the Main Forecast's introduction and the ability to publish multiple forecasts, with plans for AI-detected outliers, tagging, and user feedback.
