    Hi!  Is there any way around having to create a new knowledgebase just to enable the content search feature?  Requiring a new base to be created and all articles exported/imported to the new base will change every single article URL we have which then affects all of our training material that links to our knowledgebase.  A lot of our articles contain links to other articles within the same knowledgebase, the majority were linked by searching for the article name and others were linked by pasting the URL.  Do we know if those links would also break?

    We also have a couple thousand articles in our primary base that all of our internal employees use and as of this question can only figure out how to export 100 articles at a time, is there a way to export all articles at once?

    Are you looking at exporting hundreds of articles from one KB to another KB?  If so, consider the KB Sync Blueprint against the Genesys KB and sync between two KBs.  Here is the link:  Knowledge Connector App

    Hi,

    You can use the export button on the top right to export all articles, but all the links pointing to other articles won't work as it seems since the articles will get new IDs.

    I did a test adding a reference to another article and exporting / importing the articles to a new Knowledgebase, the link was there but clicking on it didn't work.
