    Hello everyone,
     
    We wanted to inform you about upcoming changes to help in Architect. 

    In a future Genesys Cloud release, Architect will introduce a context-aware help panel. This change offers several advantages to flow authors:

    • Provides immediate, relevant information directly within Architect.
    • Consolidates help resources, such as Expression help or Resource Center documentation, into one conventient location.
    • Eliminates the need to navigate away from Architect to seek help, allowing you to stay more focused and work more efficiently.
    • Offers the option to to expand the help content (including Expression help) for improved readibility and better accessibility.
    • Facilitates access to preferences and settings through a dedicated icon.

    We expect this update to go out around the end of April.

    Hi,

    That's great! As someone who develops flows in Architect, I believe this will be incredibly useful and will significantly speed up our development process. It's genuinely great to see Architect continuously evolving and improving. Features like the flow execution history already made it a much more powerful tool, and additions like this new help panel are making it even better. Can't wait to see this in action!
