Knowledge Fabric is becoming increasingly important as organizations look to make enterprise content more usable across Agent Copilot, Virtual Agent, and AI-powered customer experiences. I'm especially interested in the practical side of connecting sources like SharePoint, configuring answer behavior, validating responses through Testbench, and applying governance so the AI-generated answers stay accurate and trusted.
The comparison between Knowledge Fabric and Knowledge Workbench is also valuable, since many teams are still trying to understand when to use each within a broader AI deployment strategy.
