These courses are designed to help System Administrators and Business User understand how to set up LAM Powered Agentic Virtual Agents and configure them for real-world use.
1) LAM Powered Agentic Virtual Agents – Getting Started
This course focuses on the initial setup and foundational configuration of a LAM powered Agentic Virtual Agent using a business scenario. You'll learn how to create your first virtual agent, define its role, and establish clear operational guidelines.
At the end of the course, you will be able to:

- Define the agent's role
- Establish operational guidelines
2) Webinar: LAM Powered Agentic Virtual Agents - Configuration
This recorded webinar walks through the full configuration process for LAM Powered Agentic Virtual Agents in Genesys Cloud. It covers how to define roles and guidelines, connect tools and knowledge, test your virtual agent, and use it within Architect flows.
This course covers the following:
- How Agentic Virtual Agents work within Genesys Cloud
- Defining roles, behaviors, and guidelines
- Connecting tools and knowledge sources
- Testing directly in the UI
- Using virtual agents within Architect flows
