  • 1.  New Custom Role (Recordings)

    Good morning all,

    I need to grant access to some individuals in order for them to search for and listen to interactions (but not download).  I thought I would do this by building and assigning a custom role.

    Would any of you happen to know all of the permissions that I would need to add to this role?

    Thank you!

    PS, we are audio only--no screen recordings.

    #Unsure/Other

    The permissions described in https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-interactions-details/ should be enough for this task.

    I believe you'll need the following permissions to view and listen to recordings.  Note: the permissions below also include screen recordings.  If you only want to allow audio recordings, you can ignore the bottom two permissions.
