Genesys Cloud - Main

I've been looking at the new dashboard preview and can't find any options to change the background. We use a wall screen (large monitor) in our call centers and the white background is going to make the screens hard to read, not to mention flood the room with light. The reversed out current version serves us well. Will we have options?

If you have an existing, you need to press the Preview button in bottom right.  Be aware, you can't revert that.

Is there a way to revert back to the old style of dashboard? 

I clicked the preview button and can't seem to go back!

Hi Shane, 

At this time, there is an option but there is an idea in the Product Ideas Lab: Enable Dark Mode for Dashboards which is already in the "Upcoming Development" stage.  If you vote on the idea, then you should receive email updates as it progresses.
