Hello Sven,
We wanted to thank you for your interest and patience as well as we worked out the details on how to roll this feature out with no disruption to the existing flow at the release. We found a connection between sequence schedules and voice schedules due to the findings that many customers use sequences through division boundaries and as such binding them to a division without deeper analysis could have detrimental effects. This finding delayed the planned rollout but you have this feature available in the system since the 21st of August in every region Genesys Cloud is offered.
Please mind the additional guidance on how the new sequence schedule permissions play part for those who would like to use voice schedules in a division aware manner, while still wanting to be able to work with sequence schedules as well that stayed division unaware for the time being.

Let us know your experience with the new permissions!

Subject: New Division-Aware Permissions for Outbound Schedule Management
Hi, any update on this?
(or do I have to activate the new permissions somewhere before I can use them?)

Subject: New Division-Aware Permissions for Outbound Schedule Management
Summary
The authorization for the current outbound campaign schedule Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) endpoints does not currently consider divisions. This update introduces a new set of division-aware permissions for these endpoints.
Refer to the announcement for further details: Campaign scheduler to support divisions for improved access control and clarity.
Effective Date
Monday, June 23, 2025
Issue References
[PURE-5552]
Details
While most outbound entities are already division-aware, schedules are not yet. This change addresses this authorization inconsistency, progresses the division awareness initiative, and fulfills several customer requests where this functionality is essential.

Customer Impact
It should have no impact to customers - unless they explicitly switch the non division aware permissions to their division aware pairs everything must work as before.
