  • 1.  New Domains Email when is Gmail Servers connected - Contact Center.

    Hi Team.

    I require to known what are configuration is necessary in the Gmail Server when add a domain that is manage gmail servers.

    In this moment I have gate.com.co domain add to Genesys Cloud wthi show follow image:

    But I can not verificate the CNAME. Neither get the Inbound mail although the MX Record is verified:

    I deleted several time it domain without solutions.

    I appreciatte you help.

    Hello Edward,

    I would recommend checking out this Resource Center article and seeing if you can get the DKIM Authentication to work. If it still fails, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Care to look into why it's not working.
