Workforce Engagement Management

Hi everyone,

Just joined this community and glad to be here.

A bit of background on me: I worked on WFM projects a while back, but that was on Genesys Engage. Now I'm picking it up again on Genesys Cloud, and honestly, enough has changed that it feels like starting fresh in some ways.

I'm hoping some of you can point me in the right direction. Are there any good tutorials, workshops, or official Genesys resources you'd recommend for someone getting up to speed on WFM in Genesys Cloud? 

If you've made a similar jump from Engage to Cloud, I'd love to hear how you approached it too. Any tips, links, or lessons learned would mean a lot.

Welcome to the Cloud 😃 I would check out the Library here on the WEM Community - there are Webinar links for past webinars and also some helpful docs to help guide you, I would also check out the TAM Studios snippet videos that cover WEM Features, you will find them here

I come from the world of Engage so also happy to help with any questions you may have.
