Hi Angelo, thanks for clarifying.
A quick fix in be able to only select the logo and/or labels would be a nice improvement already.
Just a thought.

Hi Rolph - the current Conversation Card in Messenger Home-Screen is just meant to provide a teaser preview of the ongoing conversation, so that if the user is interested with interacting on the ongoing conversation, user would open the corresponding Conversation Card. The small preview in the card is really just informative, not suited for live interaction, as it doesn't show previous messages (which might bring relevant context).
I believe what you are looking for is a different light-weight conversation layout, that could be presented even when Messenger is minimized: we are exploring that as future enhanchment.
Thanks for the feedback!

Hi, I saw that the new messenger home screen was available. (Great addition by the way!)
First thing I noticed is that it is not possible to only choose for a logo to be presented or logo + labels.
Once switched, on the small window with first question and 'continue' is also presented.
Are there future plans to have this functionality split into options for logo only, logo+labels only, labels only, all?
Second, configuration question.
When I switch on this messenger home screen, it presents a line in the small window, after which end-user needs to press 'continue'.
Fact is that currently my digital bot is presenting 3 lines in a row, after which the end user needs to answer.
Now in the current messenger home screen, these 3 questions are present one by one (Automatically Start Conversation) in the small window.
In what way can I present only one question end when the end-user click on 'continue' , the next line will be presented.
Example:
1. We have a few questions to serve you in the best way.
End user clicks: continue
2. Could you let us know in which department you are working?
Thanks.
Rolph
