Hi,
thanks for the video, these are great tools that will definitely change the approach on list and campaign design.
I had a question regarding dynamic queuing filter. I think this is Ryan who said that contact list filters will be reevaluated when we change it. I was wondering if relativ date filters could be reevaluated (when using dynamic queuing filter) even if no change is done on the filter rule.
let's say that we want to create an always running campaign for schedule callbacks (to be able to leverage attempt control), we would place the schedule date in a column of the list and create a filter which criteria would be this column later than 1min in the past. will the contact be queued only at that time, regularly evaluated then queued at that time, or not queued at all because it did'nt match the criteria at injection time?
We are trying to avoid skipping the contact based on pre call rule until its schedule date (customers sometimes try to avoid useless resource consumption :-))
thank you,
