Workforce Management is introducing some rate limits which are stricter than the existing global rate limits in place today. These will be enabled all regions between Aug 25 and Aug 26. Rate limit values are defined here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/organization/limits.html#workforce_management
Code that talks to PureCloud APIs should be handling rate limiting already, as defined by the rate limiting guide: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/rate_limits.html
You may experience some undefined behavior in your application if your code is not properly handling rate limiting today. If you need help adapting to the new rate limits or have any questions feel free to post here or create a new topic and tag me.
