    Thank you for sharing this.

    This looks like a very relevant session, especially with the focus on Architect flows, CRM integrations, Agent Copilot, and dynamic scripting. We have been doing more work around Genesys Cloud orchestration, data actions, agent experience design, and reporting, so this is definitely aligned with areas we are continuing to expand on.

    I'll plan to review the recording and share it with others on our team who are involved in Genesys Cloud design and implementation work.
