Genesys Care has updated that certain package settings need to be enabled.
Please follow these.
Please go to setup and search installed packages > select configure > Select Genesys Cloud for Salesforce Lightning from the drop-down > Scroll down to Client Event Settings and select Lightning Message Channel. You'll want to add all of the available options and then click save directly under it. Then go back to your app wait a moment and see if it loads properly.
Also the RC will be updated to indicated the required configuration.

I was excited to see the new options for the WEM Activity view in SFDC. I'm working to build it out, but am unable to see the CustomComponent. I updated to the latest verison in appExchange 4.14.0, but that appears to be some months old. Will a new version of the managed package with the component become available soon? Or am I doing something wrong based on the instructions?
