Education is excited to announce the new Speech and Text Analytics: Configuration and Insights ILT course.

This new course introduces the concepts and capabilities of Genesys Cloud Speech and Text Analytics. Here, you will learn how to configure the feature and leverage its reporting and analytics tools. You will also discover how Speech and Text Analytics supports contact center Quality Management initiatives and helps organizations enhance both customer and agent experiences.

Coming soon, we will also be rolling out this course in a Self-Study option and releasing an STA Certification. Stay tuned!

The Speech and Text Analytics Certification will be available sometime in July. Ahead of it's release, the practice exam is now available on Webassesor. You can find the steps for accessing the practice exam and community announcement here.
