    Education is excited to announce the new Speech and Text Analytics: Configuration and Insights ILT course.

    This new course introduces the concepts and capabilities of Genesys Cloud Speech and Text Analytics. Here, you will learn how to configure the feature and leverage its reporting and analytics tools. You will also discover how Speech and Text Analytics supports contact center Quality Management initiatives and helps organizations enhance both customer and agent experiences.

    Coming soon, we will also be rolling out this course in a Self-Study option and releasing an STA Certification. Stay tuned!

    The Speech and Text Analytics Certification will be available sometime in July. Ahead of it's release, the practice exam is now available on Webassesor. You can find the steps for accessing the practice exam and community announcement here.

The recommended preparation course is the Speech and Text Analytics: Configuration and Insights ILT or Self-Study. There is also a practice exam that can be accessed via the course.     Great news! I was so excited about this new certification that I have already taken the exam and passed with a 90% score! 🎉

    It was a great opportunity to reinforce important Speech and Text Analytics concepts, especially around behavioral analytics, topic insights, configuration, optimization and business value.

    I took the exam yesterday and really enjoyed it! It covers the main use cases well and shows how the platform’s features can be applied in practice.

    I used the Self-Study material to prepare, and it was very helpful. The content is well aligned with the exam topics, and I was able to pass the exam.

    Thank you for introducing this course. I found the content very helpful, particularly the practical coverage of Speech and Text Analytics configuration, topic analytics, sentiment, interaction insights, and the different tools available for investigating and understanding interaction data.

    I'm also happy to share that I completed and passed the Genesys Cloud: Speech and Text Analytics Certification today. The course and practice material definitely helped with my preparation and understanding of the concepts.

    I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to build their knowledge of Speech and Text Analytics. I'm looking forward to putting what I've learned into practice and exploring more of the STA capabilities.

    I can definitely relate. I ended up taking the self-study option as there weren't any instructor-led sessions available during Australian-friendly hours.

    I spent around two hours a day working through the material over about five days, which gave me enough time to absorb the theory and explore some of the concepts practically.

    I took the certification exam today and passed, so the self-study approach worked really well for me. 😊

    I agree though, there is quite a lot of content to cover, and having more time to work through it definitely helps.
