    Beyond is excited to announce a new recorded webinar on Staffing Groups.

    Available exclusively for active Beyond learning subscription holders, this webinar recording introduces you to the new WFM Staffing Groups feature. With Staffing Groups, you can configure a smaller group of agents and apply Time-Off Limits and Time-Off plans for these groups. This webinar is best suited for System Administrators.
