    Hi Gaurav Sharma， we really really need the two-factor authentication for Genesys cloud for security reasons.

    How can I use the multi-factor authentication function as soon as possible?

    Hi Jack, thanks for reaching out. Chartering for this MFA feature is complete and it is now queued for development. We are targeting a Q3 2023 delivery for this feature. Please email me your org name and id at gaurav.sharma@genesys.com if you want to be included for the beta.
