I'm reaching out to the community for some direction on how to best educate myself on the Genesys platform. I'm new to Genesys but not new to WFM or ACD applications. In my previous role, I worked with NICE IEX for over 20 years, so I have a strong background in workforce management principles and contact center operations.
I'm now looking to leverage that experience to get up to speed with Genesys. Any guidance on recommended training resources, documentation, or learning paths-especially those tailored to someone with a WFM background-would be greatly appreciated.
