    Hey all! I am newer to Genesys and I am somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of things available to watch, read and learn about Genesys technology. I want to learn more about Genesys Cloud and would love to get certifications along the way. Where would you all recommend someone with limited knowledge about Genesys Cloud start?

    Totally understand that feeling - the ecosystem is vast, but once you find the right starting points it becomes much more manageable. Here's what I'd recommend:

    Start with Genesys Beyond Your first stop should be beyond.genesys.com. This is Genesys's official learning platform, built exactly for what you're looking for. It has structured learning paths, free courses, and it's also where you'll pursue your certifications. Create your account and look for the Genesys Cloud CX Associate certification path - that's the ideal entry point for someone newer to the platform.

    Genesys Resource Center Bookmark help.genesys.com. This is the official documentation hub. Whenever you're exploring a feature - trunks, queues, Architect flows, routing - this should be your go-to reference. The articles are well-structured and regularly updated.

    YouTube – Genesys Channel Genesys has an active YouTube channel with walkthroughs, feature demos and how-to videos. Great for visual learners who want to see things in action before diving into documentation.

    This Community You're already in the right place! Don't hesitate to search before posting - a lot of common questions have already been answered in detail here. And when you do post, the community is generally very helpful.

    Suggested learning order:

    • Start with Beyond - complete the foundational courses first
    • Use the Resource Center as your reference while practicing
    • Aim for the GCX Associate cert as your first milestone
    • Then evolve toward GCX Professional as your confidence grows

    The hands-on practice is what really accelerates learning, so if you have access to a Genesys Cloud org - even a trial - use it actively while studying.
