The only thing I noticed (on Windows 10) is that the first time I ran it after update, the app flashed on screen and immediately went away. The second time I ran, it started fine with no problems since.
I did not see the error you show.

Has anyone else noticed that upgrading to the new version of the Desktop Application is causing the app to crash? We have two customers experiencing this. I am getting ready to update mine to replicate and open a PCS case.
