  • 1.  New Version of Desktop App crashing

    Has anyone else noticed that upgrading to the new version of the Desktop Application is causing the app to crash? We have two customers experiencing this. I am getting ready to update mine to replicate and open a PCS case.

    The only thing I noticed (on Windows 10) is that the first time I ran it after update, the app flashed on screen and immediately went away. The second time I ran, it started fine with no problems since.

    I did not see the error you show.

    I am not able to replicate it on a Windows 10 machine or a Windows 8. We have cases opened with PCS. Was just curious if any other folks had noticed it. Thank you, George! ​

    A new version was just pushed that seemed to have resolved the issue!
