Hi Bob, what's the rationale please for this one to also be put behind the learning subscription pay-wall?  Very disappointing.

Vaun, thanks for your interest in this webinar. I'm glad you asked this question because we would like to clarify how it can be accessed.  Most of our webinars are free when hosted live and then made available within our standard subscription about a week later. However, this webinar is an exception as it can be accessed via our free subscription once you're signed in to your Beyond account.

In order to access the free subscription, ensure you sign up for a free account at https://register.beyond.genesys.com/beyond-registration and sign in. Once you're are signed into your account, click your profile silhouette in the top right corner of the page and select [My Dashboard] from the drop-down menu. Near the top of this page there should be a [Get Started] button that takes you to the free Beyond Learning Subscription. As the most recent addition to our free Beyond Learning Subscription, this webinar can be found at the bottom of the course list.
