    The next Q&A Episode will feature Technial Program Manager Amanda Louge. Amanda is an expert on SMS onboarding and registration.

    Why did we pick this topic? Since the wireless carriers have increased their registration requirements and blocked outbound messaging on all unregistered 10DLC and TFNs in the US and Canada, it's imperative to understand and implement SMS compliance prior to gaining registration approval.

    But it wouldn't be a Q&A Show if we didn't take the time to answer any questions you have about how to successfully onboard SMS. So what do you want to know from Amanda? Ask below or email QAShow@Genesys.com.
