Hi community,
for a customer I need to integrate a Voice Bot from Microsoft Bot Framework.
I can't undertand if NLU in call flow is always active or I have to integrate a service to have this functionality. I understand that if I use Genesys Dialog Engine NLU is obviously included, but I have to use a custom Voice Bot
