  • 1.  No LogOut button when access as authorized org access

    Dear community,

    we noticed this morning, when we are logged on the org, with Authorized org access, the logout button is not visible.

    When we do inspect on the page, we can see the button is within elements, but it is not displayed even when we change the scale on the browser. We tried several different browsers. Also, it is for all organization and different regions, so it is not related to the specific one

    When you log directly on the organization it is there. Can you confirm the similar misbehavior?

    Hi,

    Noticed this myself, I would assume this is a bug since the "profile" DIV goes outside the edge of the browser.

    I agree with Jan.  This doesn't seem like expected behavior.  I would recommend raising a case with Genesys Product Support to have this investigated
