Hi,
How can I get requestedRoutingSkillIds in v2.analytics.queues.{id}.observations without this we cannot identify the respective team. Please see below:
Do i need to use v2.routing.queues.{id}.conversations.calls to get requestedRoutingSkillIds and create some sort of mappings with v2.analytics.queues.{id}.observations ?
Any other recommended way? Please advise.

Hi,
If requestedRoutingSkillIds aren't available in the event body then using another notification such as v2.routing.queues.{id}.conversations.calls and/or an API call to create a mapping seems like a reasonable option.
