  • 1.  no signature if history in answer

    Hello. In the email configuration, if "signature for all outbound calls" is checked : 
    - when answering an email without history -> ok, the signature is always added
    - when agent check the box "show email history" -> the signature is not added in the answer
    Do you know why ? Is it possible to add it anyway ?

    Are you sure it is not added at the end of the history?  That behavior should change next week with the release of signatures that will place it below the Agent's response:  Features coming soon - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  If you still see this and don't see the signature at the bottom of the Email, open a ticket since that should not be the case as I am not aware of any restrictions to the use of signatures.

    Hi Robert. There is only 1 signature.
    Please find in attachment an example (forwarded, the genesys cloud email adress is "src@fr.coface.com)
    What is sure is that, after several exchanges, there still is only 1 signature. After 2 answers, we should have 2 signatures, which is not the case. 
    Maybe the 2nd one replace the 1st one (?), I did'nt pay attention to this. 
    In this example I think the same agent answered twice.
    In fact, you can see the signature is insered at the end bottom of the mail
    It would be interesting to know if  the 1st signature is replaced by the 2nd one or if we keep the 1st one.
    But anyway, even if it is that, it is not good: the recipient does not see the history of the agents who answered..! 
    I make some tests and tell you. (difficult because we configured last mailed agent ;-))

    sorry, my example is not good, there is only 1 response. I will make tests with several answers, in order to see if there are several signatures. 
    I suppose they will all be at the end of the mail (not an excellent solution, but we will wait for the new feature ;-))
