No speech path in Purecloud calls

    Hello,

    We have issue with speechpath or RTP streams on active call, from Purecloud we can successfully establish a SIP call, however both parties (called and calling) are not hearing voice speech !

    When I go through some interactions within (Performance>interactions) to listen the recording, I can hear the called party (external side) but not calling party (Purecloud user)

    I cannot hear the ringback tone aslo when intiating call

    I checked Wireshark traces, we can see that Purecloud (Edge server) not sending RTP payload packets

    any idea ?
