From my understanding, Genesys Cloud supports Noise Suppression for WebRTC phones through the Advanced Microphone Settings, but it doesn't provide a single global noise cancellation setting across the platform. For more advanced AI-based background noise removal, the community has also discussed AppFoundry solutions such as Krisp and Noise Firewall, depending on the use case.
