    Yes, you can set is in the sound settings, but I am not sure how good it is at it: Set Genesys Cloud sound preferences - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    From my understanding, Genesys Cloud supports Noise Suppression for WebRTC phones through the Advanced Microphone Settings, but it doesn't provide a single global noise cancellation setting across the platform. For more advanced AI-based background noise removal, the community has also discussed AppFoundry solutions such as Krisp and Noise Firewall, depending on the use case.
