Depends on web client or desktop. With both, you can set the ring volume for each interaction type:

The Desktop client can control the screen pop under notifications.
Of course, if you are trying to stop these from coming to agent, you set that in Utilization.

Is there any we can suppress or remove Notification/popup for VM ( voicemails), emails, callback interactions else do we have any option to remove ringtone for these ? Note these would be coming on behalf of Queue.
