Hi all,
I have developed a survey callflow in Architect. While unit testing the callflow back to back continuously, in few call attempts I am not able to barge in (Call doesnot recognise both DTMF and speech input).
In the code, the menu accepts both DTMF and speech. But 10 percent of the calls does not accept any input and not able to barge in. When I pulled the recording of those calls, only IVR recordings are heard and the caller side input is not at all recorded.
Can you please provide a solution for this?

I highly recommend you get a support case open for this. Intermittent audio issues is not really something the developer forums are going to be able to provide much help for.
