  • 1.  Not Receiving Time Off Notices

    No replies, thread closed.

    Several team members ARE receiving notifications when Time Off Requests are requiring approval, but two are not (even though they have the same role and the same divisional access.) Any ideas as to why this might be?

    Hi Shelby,

    The PM for Time Off is on leave at the moment - I would raise a case through Customer Care to find the answer as this seems to be more ad hoc than general.

    Hi Shelby, I agree with Tracy, support might be able to help better. I'm not able to view your configuration. It seems odd if they are set up the same, yet they are not receiving the notifications.
