  • 1.  Notification for QA evaluator if comments added to Evaluation

    Hi,

    Currently we allow our agents to leave a comment at the bottom of the QA form to respond to a evaluation.
    Is there any notification function to alert the Evaluator or QA Administrator that a comment has been left by the agent for their review?

    Hi Darryn, 
    The Genesys Cloud APIs are fantastic and a good starting point. Yes,  we are currently working on this feature in our custom evaluation reporting and dashboard application to send email to Evaluators. Not sure if this is of any help, let me know if you require any assistance.
