Hi, I am currently working with the subscription notification service. The topic I have subscribed to is v2.users.{id}.conversations
I need to fetch my remote phone number on a real time basis from this subscription topic. For an inbound call, I am able to retrieve my remote phone number using the below field in the participants.
"address":"tel:+XXXXXXXXXXX"
However, for a callback, Genesys does not send me the remote phone number. In fact, it is sending me my sip address even though I receive the call via my remote phone.
"address":"sip:agentname_1@localhost"
Is there a way we can retrieve the remote phone number during a callback for Genesys users on a real time basis either using any other subscription or by calling any particular API?
