We have a situation where locations are created erroneously sometimes.  I am trying to use our Event Bridge feed to Sumo Logic to alert when a Location is created in Genesys.  I cannot find audit information on Location creation.  I thought it would be under the "Directory" service, but I can't find it.  I've also checked the "Telephony" service without luck.  Does anyone know where to find audit information on Location creation and deletion?

I found the location under supportability service. Please check if you getting audit info once location is created.

and notification topic is available  "id": "v2.audits.entitytype.{id}.entityid.{id}"

Thanks Ganesh!  It doesn't appear Genesys logs "Location" activity.  I checked using the "id": "v2.audits.entitytype.{id}.entityid.{id}" notification topic as well as the audit API endpoint:  post /api/v2/audits/query and cannot find anything.   Is there a reason that information would not be logged?

After some additional investigation, it appears only the "Verify" action for Supportability|Location exists and it doesn't appear to work.  I created OPAPISDK-I-189 to improve the audit capabilities for Locations.  I'm surprised it is missing.

Could someone confirm if the Service Mapping information is correct for Supportability | Location?  It lists that "Verify" is a valid action, yet I am unable to get logging for any address verification.

Opening a support ticket may be the best plan so that you can get the proper dev team engaged.

I have a support ticket open and as they typically do for items like this, they push me to the dev community instead of investigating the bug.  I am pushing back on them as to why "Verify" events are not logging and to confirm if other CRUD events were intentionally left out.
