Hello everyone.
We have a custom js widget that we integrate in our client's CRM front-end to perform several purecloud actions. This widget currently subscribes for notifications regarding email and voice conversations.
Now we are planning to evolve the widget to support chat. We tried to find a topic in the developer tools that would dispatch a notification every time a message is sent/received but we couldn't find any.
Could someone help?
