While you are setting up the department, it might be worth reviewing the user permissions and "turn off":
- Workforce Management > Agent Schedule Notification > View
- Workforce Management > Agent Adherence > Notify

Hello,
Is there a way to turn off "You are not scheduled on queue time" Notification. I have a department I am building but is currently not live with WFM yet, but they mentioned the agents are getting notified. Adherence ignored notifications are on, early notification reminders are all off, and no schedule is published.
Is there a way to eliminate this notification? Is it because I added the agents to the unit? need some help
