  • 1.  Notification when a Time Off Request is cancelled by an Agent

    Hello WEM Community!

    I'm looking to see if there is a solution for getting notified anytime an agent cancels their approved Time Off Requests(across all BUs and MUs). 
    I know how to see cancelled Time Off Requests but I don't know how to have the system notify me when a Time Off Request was cancelled.  Knowing when it was cancelled would let me offer the day to a previously denied agent.

    Please let me know if you can help.

    Hi Eric,

    Thank you for your post and interest in Genesys Cloud WFM! We have an upcoming feature which empowers admins to set time-off limits and create plans which would automatically approve a time off request, or add them to a waitlist if all the planned limits have already been allocated. In this feature, if an agent cancels an already approved time off request, then the system will automatically approve another agent's time off request which was in the waitlist (based on the limits). We are on track to deliver this feature in Q4 2021. I'm sure this feature would provide the flexibility you require for your use case.
