    Hello,
    When I start a retrieving of an archived call record, the message say that I will receive a notification when it will be done. But I never receive this notification. Do you know why or where is it ?

    The notification is just an alert, similar to the WFM messages or the ones you get when making changes.
    You don't get anything in your inbox.

    The problem here is this message is visible for 5 seconds only.
