Hi,
Is there a way to receive notifications for outbound calls that do not belong to a specific queue. It appears that our reps are able to place calls without doing it "on behalf of a queue". When this happens we aren't able to get notifications from the notifications api. If there is not a way, is there a way to force reps to select a queue before placing an outbound call?

The current conversation notification topics are scoped to a user or a queue; there is not a system-level conversation topic. I believe placing calls on behalf of a queue should produce conversation notifications for that queue though. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas. I'd search for an idea for a system-level notification topic as this has come up before.
