  • 1.  Notifications to Supervisor for cancelled time off requests made by agent

    Hello Community,

    was wondering whether supervisors may be alerted or notified when an agent cancels time-off request that has been authorized or pending approval. At the moment, when new request is pending approval, we receive notification in the Supervisor's inbox; however, it appears that no new notification is generated whenever an agent chooses to cancel the request.

    Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

    Hi Tam,

    Great question. We don't right now. However, we do have something planned in our roadmap. I've added the below idea that would allow the notifications to be sent to the inbox and used in process automation. I don't have a date yet, but we are planning it. Feel free to vote or add your use cases to the idea below:
