Hi
What expression can i use on the trunk settings to remove digits from a dialed number ?
We dial mobile numbers which are 10 digits long that we route out on trunk 1
We now want to have an option to dial out specific mobile numbers but must go out via trunk 2.
I have created a new number plan with 11 digits which is set to route out on trunk 2.
What expression can i setup under the trunk settings to remove 1 digit so that the mobile number is correctly dialed out with 10 digits ?
Under the trunk outbound settings :
Match Regular Expression : =
11 digits dialed - Example 0 0811111111
Format Regular Expression : = Send out only 10 digits - 0811111111

Dear Sir
it didn't make with this scenario
first, you need to configure dial plan and enable it what you need to pass
example: 053xxxx with length 12 digits and in the Outbound Route > Classifications put its classifications and on External Trunks pass throw trunk 1
and 052xxxx with length 12 digits in the Outbound Route > Classifications put its classifications and on External Trunks pass throw trunk 2

Subject: Number Plan Expression
Hi Guys
We currently have to trunk lines connected to purecloud.
Does anyone know what expression we can use in the number plan to specify a specific trunk to be used when dialing certain numbers or dialing on behalf of certain queues.
Example :
Number dialed - 083 555 5555 - use trunk 1
and other 083 number - use trunk 2
or
Queue 1 - when dialing out use trunk 1
and queue 2 - when dialing out use trunk 2.
Thanks
