    Dears,

    Is it possible to handle DID/DOD format by adding regular expression? I want to handle Caller-ID?

    In more details, I have an agent that is assigned to him specific DID; However, when he makes outbound call, the provider does not accept (+) as a prefix for his caller id, while in PureCloud field it must be saved with + prefix.

    In the External Trunk settings, under Identity, you can configure the Outbound identity (Calling Party) using a regular expression. One option for matching addresses is to strip the leading "+".
