    We have access to Nvidia's new BotMaker and are interested in using it to develop a voicebot solution for a Genesys customer. Since this is not GA is there any issue in us using this to access incoming call files / inject audio back?

    You would have to use a SIP line to BotMaker or develop an AudioHook server to communicate with BotMaker.  You can find information here about AudioHook:  AudioHook Monitor overview - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
